Looking For Comfortable Meeting Spaces to Hire?

In addition to offering comfortable and affordable accommodation, the Highbury Centre also has dedicated meeting spaces available for hire to churches and Christian groups. Our spacious Victorian building is ideal for meetings, church away days, small church services, leadership conferences, training sessions and staff and trustee meetings.

Our larger Conference Room offers space for 30 guests in theatre style, or 16 in board room style. We include 30 chairs, 4 tables, a flipchart, paper and pens and a large TV screen with laptop connectivity in the hire charge. Guests can take advantage of our free Wifi.

The smaller Garden Room accommodates between 10-16 guests. This room has a warm décor with comfortable armchairs for a more relaxed and informal meeting style. This room is the preferred choice for smaller groups due to its informal appeal. The armchairs can be arranged in various styles to suit larger group discussions, theatre style for presentations, or small group arrangements with tables. Room hire also includes a flipchart, paper and pens and a large TV screen with laptop connectivity, as well as free Wifi. This room is often used as a break out room for a day meeting in the Conference Room, although it is equally suited for a standalone meeting.

We try to be as flexible as possible to make our guests’ lives easy. We offer a day conference package from £32.50 per person which includes the use of the meeting room for the day, lunch and a morning and afternoon refreshment break. It also includes use of the limited parking available outside The Highbury Centre when requested at booking. However, we are also happy to offer an hourly rate to groups who only require a short meeting.
