Full Time General Manager
We are looking for a new General Manager of the Highbury Centre.
Reporting to the Trustees of the Highbury Centre, you will ensure that a warm Christian welcome is provided to guests and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the centre and associated properties.
As our General Manager, you will be an established leader who has the presence and confidence to motivate staff and have a strong background in hospitality and operations.

Ideal Candidate:
- In keeping with our charitable heritage there is an occupational requirement for the job holder to be an evangelical Christian
- Enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in people management
- Previous experience in managing a guest house with understanding of legal and regulatory responsibilities
- Must already have the right to live and work in the UK

Salary: £22,269
Expected Start: Late April 2024 is preferred

Full-Time Room Attendant
We're hiring for a Full-Time Room Attendant position at The Highbury Centre, a Christian Guest House dedicated to serving missionaries worldwide.
In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas, as well as hostess duties, dishwashing, and laundry work. You will also be trained in the kitchen to cook breakfast when required as cover for the main cook.
At The Highbury Centre, we believe in providing diverse experiences for our team members. You won't be doing the same job every day. Instead, you'll have the opportunity to work in different areas of the house, gaining valuable skills and contributing to various aspects of our operation.
Working Hours: Full-Time
Salary: Minimum Wage £11.44/per hour
