Visitors who are planning to stay with us between the end of June and September, please continue reading! We do not expect major disturbance as the works only affect our basement and only happen during daytime.
However, there will be changes to the following services:
1. Breakfast - location, breakfast items and times
We are happy to announce that our breakfast moved back to the Dining Room now. Please note the other parts of the basement remain blocked therefore our guests can access the Dining Room through the staff areas in house 20. Please follow the signs in the morning. For now we will keep serving continental style breakfast but will soon reverse back to full English!
Breakfast times: 7:30-9am Mon-Fri, 8:00-9:30am Sun
2. Laundry services
Our laundry services in the basement will be closed during the refurbishment and reopening is predicted in September. Guests who need to do laundry during their stay will be advised to use a local launderette which is under 5 minutes walk from us.
3. Library
The library will also be refurbished and will be closed for visitors until late September. We have moved our books upstairs so Bibles and Christian literature, non - religious books, travel books and children's books are available on the ground floor. We now updated our DVD library so now we have a good variety of kids movies and Christian movies which you can borrow from the office.
Due to our library closure guests will not have access to a microwave. A fridge will be available for guests on the ground floor.
The printing point will not be available so we advice you to print out your boarding card in advance. If it is not possible, the reception will be able to print a few pages for you for a small charge.
While we will not have a PC for guest use during this time, our Wireless network should be unaffected so you will be able to access the Internet from your devices.
