Individual Bookings Terms and Conditions

Either coming on your own or bringing friends or family members we are ready to offer you different room types. 

A deposit must be paid in order to reserve your accommodation. If you book different type of rooms, a deposit must be paid per room type.

Deposit Payment:

1 - 3 nights: deposit of 1 night’s charge (per room)

4 - 7 nights: deposit of 2 nights' charge (per room)

7 nights plus: deposit of 2 nights' charge (per week/per room)

When you stay with us the remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival. If someone is paying on your behalf then the same arrangement applies.

We accept the following cards: MasterCard, Visa and Visa Debit. We are not able to accept Amex/Diners. Please do not email your card details, for security reasons we must speak to the card holder, and will not take any card details via email. *If you are leaving a voicemail, please provide the following information: full name, email address & telephone number (include your country/state code if applicable). But please speak clearly and slowly.

Cancellation Terms

  • For cancellation more than one week, or changing of dates, downgrading room types, reducing the number of nights 
    • half (50%) of the deposit will be kept and the other half (50%) refunded
    • You need to let us know at least 7 days before your arrival
  • For cancellation less than one week (within 7 days), or changing of dates, downgrading room types, reducing the number of nights, no-show
    • your entire deposit will be Non-Refundable
    • No-Show or Early Check-Out - booking will be cancelled without the required advance notice

If upon arrival you decide to reduce the number of nights, you will be charged the complete number of days booked. It applies to any deposit paid regardless of the amount or number of days paid for in advance.

We will not give refunds if your travel arrangements are delayed or cancelled. In this situation you will need to seek compensation via your insurance as our cancellation fee still applies if your travel arrangements are delayed or cancelled.

It is your responsibility to check the details of your booking. 

Check-In and Check-out Times

Check-In Time is from 3.00 pm. 

If you arrive earlier than 3.00 pm, that is not a problem. You may leave your luggage with us and/or stay in the lounges. 

If you arrive after 10.00 pm, please contact us for our late arrival information.

Check-Out Time is by 10.00 am. 

Smoking

The Highbury Centre is a NO SMOKING building. If guests are not compliant, then The Highbury Centre will have the right to charge a fixed penalty of £50. We have a designated smoking area available. Kindly inquire at the reception for more information.

Parking

If you arrive by car you will need a Parking Permit to park on the street. This can be provided upon your arrival, we ask for £20 (cash) refundable deposit. You have to inform us on arrival that you came by car.

Most vehicles need to meet the ULEZ emissions standard (Ultra Low Emission Zone), or pay a £12.50 daily charge to drive inside the zone. You can check if your vehicle meet that standard on tfl.gov.uk website.
