1. Complete and submit the declaration form below*
2. Check your email for a Discount Promo Code and link to the booking engine
3. Click the ‘Book a Room’ link and use the Promo Code to access the discount

*Before submitting the declaration form it is essential you check that you meet the criteria outlined on the declaration form. If a form is submitted and through our internal checks you are found not to be eligible you will have the option to continue your booking at guest rates or cancel your booking with the applied cancellation T&Cs.
