Q: Do you provide linen and towels?
A: Yes, all rooms have bedding plus one medium and one small towel per guest. Extra blankets are also available.
Q: Do you provide cots for small children?
A: We can provide cots and bedding for £2/night hire.
Q: Can you fit an extra mattress in one of the family rooms?
A: Due to fire and safety regulations unfortunately we cannot fit any extra beds in the family rooms.
Q: Can I bring my pets with me?
A: The Highbury Centre does not allow pets. Guide Dogs are welcome.
Q: Are there hairdryers and alarm clocks in the rooms?
A: These are not supplied within the rooms but are available upon request at reception.
Q: Do the rooms have televisions and telephones?
A: Our rooms do not have televisions or telephones but there are two guest lounges with TVs. There is also a free direct line to the taxi company, Airport Direct.
Q: Are there laundry facilities?
A: Our laundry room is available to guests in the afternoons and evenings. There is a coin-operated washing machine, a token-operated tumble dryer and irons for guest use. Tokens and laundry soap are available to purchase at Reception.
Q: Can I arrive earlier than the check-in time of 3pm?
A: You would be welcome to arrive early and leave your luggage with us but we cannot guarantee any rooms will be ready to move into before 3pm.
Q: What time is breakfast served? Can I have an early breakfast?
A: Breakfast is 7.30-9.00 every day except Sunday when it is available from 8.30-9.30. If you would like an early breakfast you can help yourself to cold items such as cereal and also toast. Please inform the receptionist on arrival so they can show you where this is available.
