Conference Bookings Terms and Conditions
DISCLAIMER: Please note that our conference room holds up to 30 people, less if board room style is required. Should you cancel the use of the conference room the £25 deposit is kept, or for hourly rate bookings we charge 2 hours cancellation fee per day.
Numbers should be confirmed two weeks before arrival - any cancellations after this will still be charged the full amount.
Lunch can be arranged to be served between 12.30 PM and 1.15 PM, but we need a fixed time before your group arrives. Meals are served in our Dining Room; refreshments are served in our reception lounge. (Please inform us of any dietary requirements).
We need to know an exact number of meals at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. Should there be any cancellations after this date, we will have to charge all cancelled meals.
When groups have finished using the facilities we ask that they leave the room and furniture in a tidy state. We do not take full payment at the time of booking so please settle your bill when you leave.
