Terms and Conditions
When you do stay with us, we ask you to settle your account on the evening before you leave as payment is not taken out of your card automatically. We accept all credit cards except Amex/Diners.
Check-in time is between 3.00 PM and 10.00 PM; check-out time is 10.00 AM. If you will arrive later than 10.00 PM, please contact us shortly before your arrival for any information you will need to make yourself at home at The Highbury Centre. If you arrive earlier than 3.00 PM that is not a problem. You may leave your luggage with us and/or stay in the lounges, but please note that your room may not be ready yet.
The Highbury Centre is a NO SMOKING building. If guests are not compliant, then The Highbury Centre will have the right to charge a fixed penalty of £50.
Cancellation Policy
We pursue the following cancellation policy: To hold your room, we ask you to give us your credit card details: card number, security code and the expiry date. We also need your full address (this must be the billing address of your credit card). If someone is paying on your behalf, then we need to know that person's address too.
We do not charge your card unless you cancel within three days of your arrival date or for some reason you do not turn up, in which case we charge for the first night's stay per room. Please note, our cancellation fee still applies if your travel arrangements are delayed or cancelled.
